Ususret blagdana Svih Svetih posjetile smo poznato varaždinsko groblje koje je ustanovljeno davne 1773. Herman Haller je 1905. započeo je s njegovim uređenjem posadivši oko 7.000 čempresa, javora, crvene bukve, šimšira, magnolija i breza. Šišanjem određenih stabala u geometrijski pravilna tijela groblje je poprimilo obilježja francuskog parka. Stari dio Gradskog groblja Varaždin zaštićen je kao Spomenik vrtne arhitekture od 1966. godine. Pogledajte kako groblje izgleda sa 250 metara visine.

Because of the All Saints day we visited the famous Varaždin cemetery which was established back in 1773. In 1905 Herman Haller started arranging the cemetery by planting of 7,000 cypresses, maples, red beeches, boxwoods, magnolias and birches. By cutting certain trees to geometrical shapes, cemetery became more similar to the French park. The old part of the Varaždin cemetery is protected as a monument of garden architecture since 1966.
