Hey Guys! I’ve been requested a few times to make a design inspired by Frozen, so in this nail art tutorial you’ll see how I made these blue and White, glittery nails with Anna & Elsa.

You’ll need;
– Base/top coat
– Light blue
– White
– Makeup sponge
– Pearls & Rhinestones
– Acrylic paint in a variety of colors
– Detail brush – I’m using one in size 10/0
