Downtown Dallas above the fog via DJI Phantom 2 Vision Plus Drone. December 9, 2014. I included a short 10 minute time-lapse.
I woke up early, staked out my spot west of downtown Dallas and waited for the sun to rise. I was not disappointed. Continuously amazed by the videos you can get with these UAV’s.

Update: Got an official letter and had a meeting with the FAA UAS coordinator for North Texas on 12/10/14. I know what I did wrong and won’t do it again. I hope you enjoy the video, it was done strictly for enjoyment purposes.
